Pre-existing damage
Inadequate protection of fragile items
Customer handling before or after transport
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of service.
Contrarian Logistics reserves the right to:
Refuse future service for unpaid balances.
Charge applicable collection costs where permitted by law.
Suspend services for delinquent accounts.
8. Cancellation Policy
Customers should provide as much notice as possible for cancellations.
Contrarian Logistics reserves the right to charge reasonable cancellation fees when resources have already been allocated to a scheduled pickup or delivery.
